Our software is integral to our mission and enhancing insights by 10x in volume and resolution—scientists, clinicians and our teams—will accelerate breakthroughs to drive better patient outcomes customers to position Ozette solutions within designated territory

  • Develop and maintain adequate short/long term sales pipelines and consistently close deals to generate profitable revenue that meets/exceeds revenue targets.
  • Ensure growth targets are met/exceeded for the territory through sales activities in line with business strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback to relevant teams, communicating the market intel.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact details, marketing attributes and opportunity management in the CRM database.
  • Provide routine reporting regarding territory performance and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Focus on synergistic selling through engagement of all Ozette sales team members.
  • Represents the company at various tradeshows and events.
  • Create value for our customers.


About You (Title and compensation will be based on experience) 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant life science discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling solutions and closing deals for single cell technologies. Experience in single cell proteomics, such as Cytometry, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Immunology, Oncology and the use of Cytometry and Cytometry analysis solutions desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written skills.
  • Strong presentation, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess and respond to customer needs rapidly.
  • Experience influencing and connecting multiple decision makers and stakeholders with varying degrees of influence and personality types.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and act when limited information is available.
  • Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
  • Demonstrate a bias for action nature.
