As we expand our commercial efforts, we’re seeking a highly motivated Associate/Sr. Associate Scientist for our lab team.

What you’ll do at Ozette:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating high quality spectral cytometry data to support Ozette’s research and clinical trial lab projects.. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-driven environment.

  • Support the development and validation of high dimensional spectral cytometry panels to support immune profiling of human biological samples
  • Follow Good Documentation and Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (GDP/GCLP)
  • Support equipment maintenance and management of reagent inventory
  • Support high dimensional flow cytometry data generation for Ozette’s partnerships including clinical trials and research collaborations
  • Ship/receive specimens/samples and resolves any accessioning discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Ozette Data Science team to support high quality and robust computational analysis of single cell data
  • Create and review standard procedures (SOP, MET) and reports
  • Report non-conformance and deviations to management and complete assigned quality record tasks

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in immunology or related field with at least 5+ years of relevant experience years of relevant experience
  • Experience with spectral flow cytometry assay development and application for research and clinical trials
  • A keen interest in immunology, oncology, immunotherapy, and/or autoimmune diseases
  • Experience with GCLP/GXP regulatory compliance and quality systems
  • A strong background in project completion, with the ability to create and manage deliverables and milestones
  • Exceptional organization, communication skills, ability to oversee multiple tasks with attention to detail, a motivated/enthusiastic work style, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary Range (USD): $70,000-$110,000 USD

Total compensation, which includes equity, determined based on experience
