As we expand our commercial efforts, we’re seeking a highly motivated Associate/Sr. Associate Scientist for our lab team.

What you’ll do at Ozette:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating high quality spectral cytometry data to support Ozette’s research and clinical trial lab projects.. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-driven environment.

Support the development and validation of high dimensional spectral cytometry panels to support immune profiling of human biological samples
Follow Good Documentation and Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (GDP/GCLP)
Support equipment maintenance and management of reagent inventory
Support high dimensional flow cytometry data generation for Ozette’s partnerships including clinical trials and research collaborations
Ship/receive specimens/samples and resolves any accessioning discrepancies
Collaborate with Ozette Data Science team to support high quality and robust computational analysis of single cell data
Create and review standard procedures (SOP, MET) and reports
Report non-conformance and deviations to management and complete assigned quality record tasks

About You

Bachelor’s degree in immunology or related field with at least 5+ years of relevant experience years of relevant experience
Experience with spectral flow cytometry assay development and application for research and clinical trials
A keen interest in immunology, oncology, immunotherapy, and/or autoimmune diseases
Experience with GCLP/GXP regulatory compliance and quality systems
A strong background in project completion, with the ability to create and manage deliverables and milestones
Exceptional organization, communication skills, ability to oversee multiple tasks with attention to detail, a motivated/enthusiastic work style, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary Range (USD): $70,000-$110,000 USD

Total compensation, which includes equity, determined based on experience
